Black Horse Hotel Otley, Leeds (West Yorkshire)

I found the hotel to be in a great location, above the main crossroad in the town center. The service was excellent, and the staff, including the manager, were very friendly. The dining experience, while central and offering a good breakfast, had room for improvement with additional charges required. The rooms, though deluxe, were a little too warm despite the sleet outside. Overall, it was a good place to stay, especially considering the relaxing atmosphere at the end of busy days and the cozy real fire in the room.

The hotel's rooms vary in size and internet quality, but my stay was cozy even with the radiator turned off and sleet outside. The location is central and convenient in Otley, making it a good place to explore the area. The dining experience was decent with good breakfast options, although assistance needed to be requested via phone. The landmark building and staff added to the overall happy and full experience, but the lack of double glazing permission in the listed building was a minor downside.
